Family-Friendly Comfort

Comfortable but needed a few things. Some hanging space in main bedroom. A dining table and outdoor sitting would have Positive: The house was roomy. comfortable. Negative: The front steps were a bit steep to carry suit cases up so we walked around the side of the house which was on a slope and entered through back door. There is no table to sit for a meal just a bench top. A table and chairs would have been nice on back or front patio.

A clean comfortable stay close to amenities and dining Positive: The house was a pleasant surprise. The house has been presented really nicely. The 3 bedrooms were large with lots of natural light. The 2 biggest bedrooms were at the front of the house with another bedroom just off the kitchen/living area. The bathroom was large with a big shower, large vanity and a washing machine and dryer also in the bathroom. The kitchen was large with plenty of space to prepare meals. The living area had 2 couches sitting opposite each other and a large flatscreen TV on the wall. There was a walkway at the end of the street which led through to a series of stairs that if walked, was approximately a 10 minute walk which took you down into the edge of town where you can find a Coles Supermarket and a Steak Restaurant where we dined. The restaurant was also a bar and the steaks were very good. Further walking would take you into the main part of town. Katie was our contact and she regularly made contact with messages informing us of our check in details and asking if we needed anything further to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here in Launceston…Thank you Negative: Car Park Space in driveway was a little tight…we got our Isuzu SUV in, but you wouldn’t want to park any of the large vehicles originating from the U.S.

Positive: Spacious & clean house with location close to town & has parking. Would definitely stay again! Negative: Only thing missing would be some outdoor furniture for the deck

Family home in great location Positive: Great location -5-10 drive to everything Perfect for a family - 3 x double large bedrooms No wasted spaces Negative: Tv qas quite small and couches were facing wrong way, we had to move one. Also, couches were small, could 4 peoole woukd be a tight fit (we onky had 3 luckily). Outside furniture on back patio and front deck would be ideal
