Cozy and comfortable stay in the heart of Launceston - highly recommended Positive: Cozy, spacious and comfortable. Negative: Everything was great

Positive: It was nicely set out, good sized rooms and great kitchen/dining room. Negative: The house was cold but heaters did help. A curtain/screen over the back door area would have helped keep the cold out - but I'm aware one was due to be fitted soon! It was very disappointing having to pay $50 for the cot when my booking said it would be free.

Great house to chill out Positive: Specious Modern Clean

Positive: The location & rooms were great. Kitchen & bathroom was very functional. Negative: No dining table and chairs or outside setting. The parking on the street was very busy which made it difficult to get back the car out of the driveway sometimes.

Comfortable but needed a few things. Some hanging space in main bedroom. A dining table and outdoor sitting would have Positive: The house was roomy. comfortable. Negative: The front steps were a bit steep to carry suit cases up so we walked around the side of the house which was on a slope and entered through back door. There is no table to sit for a meal just a bench top. A table and chairs would have been nice on back or front patio.
