Positive: Our booking was cancelled on the day of our stay at 1:20pm in the afternoon. We did not get an opportunity to like anything
Negative: They did not help us at all to find alternative accommodation for our stay in Launceston. While we were in the middle of our day at cradle mountain, I had to try and find alternative accommodation with poor internet service. It was very stressful and ruined our day.
