Luxury Waterfront Stay!

Lovely spot but terrible parking situation and unhelpful staff/host. Positive: The apartment was beautiful, clean and had a beautiful view. Very spacious and comfortable. Negative: BE AWARE: There is no free parking! There are two sections to park in, one is $7.50 per day and the other is over $50 per day! There was nothing to say it was paid parking and no option if the parks were full. When I phoned the person on the phone was very rude and unhelpful!

Excellent location, excellent facility! Positive: The location was perfect. What a fantastic outlook, and great restaurants within easy walking distance. Negative: The property could do with better identifiaction for new arrivals. The entry is a bit obscure and had us scratching our heads as to where we could enter. Once we found out, it was OK, but for the sake of future bookings, PLEASE put up better street numbering and access signage! 😁 The main bedroom fronts a busy road, and traffic noise in the early hours of the morning is an issue. Either install double-glazing, or heavy curtains to dampen this noise for future occupants to avoid having the same disturbed sleep as we had. If the above works are done, the property couldn't be faulted. 😊

Positive: The unit was very roomy and facilitated great location, comfortable beds Negative: The entrance to the unit was via back entrance to the restaurants and their rubbish bins. The entry to the unit was then up about 20 stairs so carrying luggage was difficult. The tiles were slippery especially in the bathrooms.

Good stay. Positive: The view from the apartment is good. Negative: The cleaning work in apartment can be improved. We have to carry heavy luggages upstairs.
